WASHINGTON TERRACE — Northridge took a 7-1 lead in the second inning and claimed a region win at Bonneville.

Madisyn LeCour batted 4 for 5 and drove in one for Northridge (4-4, 1-1 Region 5). Kaylee Sherieffs and Kaydence Chournos each batted 3 for 4. Sherieffs drove in three while Chournos had a double and two RBIs.

Andie Elmer batted 2 for 3 with a double and drove in two for Bonneville (2-7, 1-1). Peyton Johnson hit a three-run double and Samantha Mills added an RBI double.

CLEARFIELD 19, ROY 0

CLEARFIELD — Jenna Lloyd pitched a three-inning no-hitter with one walk and four strikeouts, and Clearfield scored 15 runs in the second inning to beat Roy.

Emma Dishongh totaled a triple, four RBIs and three runs scored for Clearfield (5-3, 2-0 Region 5). Skylar Davis tripled and drove in four. Lloyd batted 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs.

Jaylan Eddy drew a base on balls for the only Roy (0-3, 0-3) baserunner.

BEAR RIVER 9, FREMONT 2

GARLAND — Bear River led 6-1 after two innings in a home win over Fremont.

Bella Douglas batted 3 for 4 with a home run, a double and two RBIs to pace River (8-1). Londyn Gamble went 3 for 4 with a triple and drove in two. Molly Canfield and Kendyl Archibald each had two hits and Bostyn Lish hit a double. Kate Wilson earned the win with 12 strikeouts and one earned run in a complete game.

Savannah Palmatier got the only hit for Fremont (1-7).

FARMINGTON 15, MORGAN 4

FARMINGTON — Farmington scored 10 runs across the fifth and sixth innings for a win over Morgan.

Lola Ogzewalla batted 3 for 4 with two doubles and three RBIs Farmington (2-3). Brooklyn Wright hit a three-run home run. Jane Frey hit a two-run double.

Lexi Hardman batted 2 for 3 with two RBIs and Kiernee Carter hit a double for Morgan (5-2).

FREMONT 10, BONNEVILLE 0

PLAIN CITY — Fremont scored eight runs in the second inning for a run-rule win over Bonneville.

Brant Koford batted 2 for 3 with two doubles and two RBIs for Fremont (3-2). Kasen Pearson went 2 for 4 with a double and drove in two. Adam Mikesell and Owen Simkins each had two RBIs. Cole Sanders got the win with two hits and eight strikeouts over five innings.

Hudson Taylor and Adam Field got the two Bonneville (3-5) hits.

BOX ELDER 3, WEBER 2

PLEASANT VIEW — Box Elder scored the winning run in the top of the seventh inning to beat Weber.

Greyson Burt batted 2 for 3 with a double for Box Elder (2-5). Bryson Wight and Bridger Richards each added a double. Bosten Steacie got the win with two earned runs and nine strikeouts over six innings.

Eastyn Barker took the tough loss for Weber (0-4), allowing two earned runs on eight hits, striking out eight in a complete game. Jace Redd tripled for one of two Weber hits.

OGDEN — Cade Becraft batted 2 for 2 while Nathan Huerta and Justin Church each drove in one run as Ben Lomond (0-4) fell at home to Providence Hall.
