Region 13 track roundup: Ogden, Ben Lomond, Morgan claim seven events in first results

OGDEN — Complete results from the Region 13 “All Comers” track and field meet Wednesday at Ogden High were still pending as of Wednesday night but at least seven events belonged to Ogden, Ben Lomond and Morgan athletes, according to partial results immediately available following the meet.
On the girls’ side, Ben Lomond’s Hadley Chadwick (200 meters), Morgan’s Lina Weiers (300-meter hurdles), Ogden’s Olivia Geddes (400 meters) and Morgan’s Brooke Wiliford (800 meters) each claimed victories in individual events.
Ogden’s 4×400 meter girls relay team — Hadlee Tribe, Shae Stephenson, Chloe Phillips and Halle Brown — edged out second-place South Summit with a winning time of 4:33.26.
On the boys side, Morgan’s Jonas Archibald won the 800-meter run with a final time of 2:08.10, beating out a top five consisting of Ben Lomond’s Memphis Bodily (1:15.22), Daniel Hodges (1:15.22), Roland Benroth (2:17.64) and Morgan’s Caleb Lewis (2:20.39).
Morgan won the 4×400 meter boys relay with its team of Brigham Ellis, Drake Mecham, Caleb Lewis and Samuel Halls posting a winning time of 3:55.13.
