TAYLOR — West Field High girls volleyball swept Bear River by scores of 25-12, 25-10, 25-14 on Tuesday night.

Brielle Wray tallied seven kills for West Field (9-13, 4-2 Region 11) and Maelyn Merrill added six kills. Kallie Tonioli had 12 assists and seven digs.

Bear River (1-16, 0-6) did not report stats.

OGDEN — Ogden swept Ben Lomond by scores of 25-5, 25-6, 25-10.

Lauretta Taukiuvea led Ogden (6-8, 2-2 Region 13) with 11 kills. Tess Correa served nine aces and Halle Brown added six aces.

LAYTON — Abby Affleck tallied two goals and two assists as Syracuse won at Layton.

Taylee Hughes added two goals and one assist for Syracuse (12-2, 6-1 Region 1). McKenzie Hislop netted once while Talia Thompson and Jocee Eddy each added an assist.

Ryann Jensen, Hadley Rognon and Anna Ward each netted once for Layton (10-4, 4-3). Calli Holje assisted one score.

DAVIS 8, FREMONT 0

KAYSVILLE — Simone Packer and Kate Willard each netted a brace and Davis beat Fremont (3-10, 0-7 Region 1) in a game that was ended by mercy rule in the 51st minute.

Lexi Lund kept a clean sheet for Davis (11-3, 6-1). Brooklyn Phongsavath tallied a goal and an assist. Cadence Packer, T’Maea Eteuati and Vivian Fries each scored one goal. Marley Francis, Sammy Maudsley and Reial Phongsavath had one assist apiece.

NORTHRIDGE 3, CLEARFIELD 0

LAYTON — Sophie Sivulich tallied two goals and one assist to lead Northridge to a shutout win over Clearfield (8-6, 7-4 Region 5).

Beth Manwill kept the clean sheet for Northridge (9-5, 7-4). MJ Simpson netted once while Carsen Reiva and Abby Olsen each had one assist.

ST. JOSEPH 10, NORTH SUMMIT 0

OGDEN — Abigail Gough had four goals and an assist as St. Joseph shut out North Summit (3-9, 1-5 Region 17).

Addison Doebler and Cicily Flores shared the clean sheet for St. Joseph (7-4, 3-2). Sofia Evans tallied three goals and two assists. Alexsen Willardson added three goals and one assist. Ashley Fergus had two assists while Anna-Lynn Norman, Anysia Pinchak and Jaci Coles each assisted on goal.
