Russ Larsen seems to be in error on a key point of his letter about who is responsible for the current fires in the LA area of California. Contrary to what Russ provided as fact, indeed California does not prohibit controlled burns. Half truths are harmful in this dire situation. All that I hope is that truth win out. It’s on all of us to research facts, it’s not optional for a fact based story.
