On Saturday the 9th of November the city of Layton held their annual Veterans Day Parade to the delight and enjoyment of all especially us veterans who stepped up to do our manly and patriotic duties. And while I drove by looking for a parking spot, I noticed a young man waving a giant Trump flag which stunned me seeing how Trump used the excuse of bone spurs to keep from doing his manly and patriotic duty and dodging the draft. And while the agenda and purpose of that parade was to celebrate and honor those who served, a draft dodger’s flag was being waved in our faces. We are truly living in a day when people are proud of what they should be ashamed of.
