I have a question for the North Ogden Police Dept.

Why is nothing being done about the cars racing up and down north Washington every night — screeching and howling and making the public nervous, to say nothing about the sound? Where are your police officers?

Could they be giving a 81-year-old woman a ticket for going 9 miles over the limit — (going down a hill I might add with the flow of traffic) who has NEVER had a ticket in her life? And was it a coincidence that it was on the last day of the month? Was he afraid he was not getting his quota in?

It seems to me the department needs to take a look at their policies!
