The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be observed Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Weber County residents will have an opportunity to safely dispose of unused prescription drugs this weekend.

According to the Weber County Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page, the department is one of several across the state that will be assisting in the Drug Enforcement Association’s National Prescription Drug Take Back event on Saturday.

Weber County will be assisting at the following locations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday:

  • Kent’s Market, 3673 W. 2600 North, Plain City.
  • Valley Market, 2555 N. Wolf Creek Drive, Eden.

The Facebook post also notes that, though it is listed as being a drop-off location on the DEA’s website, the Ogden Regional Medical Center is not a designated drop-off site and will not be accepting prescription medications.

All prescription medications, including liquids, are accepted.

Starting at $4.32/week.
