Police ID pedestrian killed in Washington Boulevard crash
OGDEN — Police on Monday identified a man who was killed Friday night in an auto-pedestrian collision on Washington Boulevard.
Ogden Police Lt. William Farr said Tyler James Royster, 36, was the victim of the 10:22 p.m. crash. Police said Royster, who was homeless, was crossing west to east when a southbound vehicle hit him. He was declared dead at a local hospital.
There is no crosswalk where the collision occurred, police said, adding that traffic officers are investigating the crash.
