According to a press release on this week’s First Friday event, which will be from 6-9 p.m. in downtown Ogden, during a time of year when people start to look back on the preceding months, people will appropriately have a chance to look back on one of the things that made Ogden: Union Station.

“The Community Art Show has a new exhibit in honor of Union Station’s 100-Year Celebration,” the release stated. “‘Ogden Begins Here’ showcases art about Ogden’s legacy and history.”

Union Station’s centennial year was celebrated with a time capsule ceremony, concert and other events at the end of November.
