Khruangbin to open 2025 Ogden Twilight concert series

Khruangbin will open the 2025 Ogden Twilight concert series on June 1, 2025.OGDEN — A band recognized alongside the likes of Chappell Roan and Sabrina Carpenter with a nomination in the Best New Artist category at last month’s Grammy Awards has been tasked with kicking off the 2025 Ogden Twilight concert series.
Per an announcement from organizers Tuesday morning on Facebook, the Houston, Texas-based trio Khruangbin will open the 10th year of Ogden Twilight with a show June 1. The group, which also performed its song “May Ninth” live during the Grammys, is slated to begin its “A La Sala” tour this month with dates in New Zealand and Australia before returning stateside.
The Khruangbin show will be the first-ever Ogden Twilight date to take place on a Sunday, according to organizers. “We just couldn’t let Khruangbin get away and this is the date that worked,” the announcement post stated.
Individual tickets for this show, starting at $39, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at https://www.24tix.com/p/ogden-twilight/. Khruangbin is the second act announced for Ogden Twilight 2025 so far; Modest Mouse will also play the Ogden Amphitheater on June 28. Tickets for that show are available now, as are season passes, starting at $175.
“We hope to be able to announce the full headline roster in the next couple of weeks,” the Facebook post read. “A huge thanks to Ogden City for their schedule flexibility.”
