Rhett Elias Rivera
1977 – 2024
Rhett Elias Rivera passed away on December 1st, 2024. Rhett was born on August 25th, 1977, in Ogden, Utah. He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Rivera, his father-in-law, Bruce Baird, his grandparents, his sister-in-law, Chera Baird, and his dog, Domino Beans Rivera. He is survived by his wife, Alisa Rivera, his three daughters, Charlotte, Brooklyn, and Sydney Rivera, his unofficial son, Jared Heth, his two sisters, Shellie (Todd) Jensen and Raven (Jay) Wren, his brother Seven (Jamie) Rivera, his mother, Lonna Rivera, his frenemy, Mr. Kitty, his dog Billie, his mother and father-in-law, Joan and Bill Wade, as well as his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other in-laws.
Although he had a less than average lifespan, Rhett did not have an average life. He was an unforgettable man and laughed at every opportunity. He loved his family more than anything. He will be greatly missed.
A viewing will be held on December 7th, 2024 at 9:45 am, and a celebration of life will be held after at 11:00 am. Both will be located at the Leavitt Mortuary at 836 36th Street, Ogden.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Humane Society of Utah or Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
