Cleveland Richard McCardle

Our family is sad to announce the passing of Cleveland Richard McCardle, May 19, 2023.

Richard was born March 13, 1934 in the state of Oklahoma. He married the love of his life, Mareen Andersen McCardle, May 4, 1956 and together they had six children. They were later sealed in the Logan Temple on November 19, 2002.

Richard did many things in his lifetime including serving in the Korean War. He retired from driving truck across the country.

He enjoyed riding horses, camping, fishing, hunting, and doing leather work.

Richard is survived by his wife Mareen Andersen McCardle, his children Tamara Brown (Kent), Yvonne Leavitt and Tad Alan McCardle, 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.

He is preceded in death by Johnny McCardle (son), Balinda Schofield (daughter), Calvin Don McCardle (son) and 1 great grandson.

Services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 1 P.M. with a viewing held prior from 11:30 A.M-12:30 P.M. All services will be held at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E- Tremonton). Interment in the Riverview Cemetery. Online condolences may be found at www.ruddfuneralhome.com.
