Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 86-year-old man who they say was reported missing from his Riverdale home Monday morning. According to a media release, Edward Bovero is believed to be moving by foot in the Riverdale area. He's described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes. It is unknown what clothes he may be wearing. The release says Bovero's family members are concerned for his safety because of the weather conditions, his age and "his physical and mental state."
