Utah Rivers Council's RainHarvest rain barrel program distribution events set to return in May
Communities up and down the Wasatch Front have had to grapple with how best to conserve water, and they will continue to do so for years to come. One way several communities have helped promote conservation among their residents is participation in the Utah Rivers Council’s RainHarvest rain barrel program.
