Flooding risks minimal in Weber County as spring thaw approaches

The spring thaw is fast approaching, but emergency management officials aren't breaking much of a sweat this year. Weber County Emergency Management Coordinator Ian Johnson told the Standard-Examiner on Tuesday that there isn't much in the way of flooding anticipated in Weber County.
