Hope4Utah, Hope Squad providing suicide prevention training to Weber County students

PLEASANT VIEW — Weber High School will host some 700 students from area schools, as well as advisors, on March 6 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. for a conference seeking to bolster suicide prevention efforts locally. Hope Squad and the nonprofit 501(c)3 Hope4Utah — which oversees the former's Utah-based squads — will be training member students on inclusion, resilience, anti-bullying, "everyone matters" and watching for suicide warning signs.
