UPDATED: Fire torches under-construction apartments in downtown Ogden
Fire erupted at a construction site in downtown Ogden late Saturday afternoon, sending smoke and flames soaring into the sky. A five-story mostly wood-framed apartment structure on 22nd Street between Grant and Lincoln avenues, located between DaVinci Academy's elementary school and distance learning center, caught fire and quickly became engulfed.
