A man was killed in Roy after allegedly confronting car burglars, according to a press release on Sunday from the Roy City Police Department. Two individuals have been arrested and charged with a number of crimes, including murder. On Saturday, police responded to the area of 4200 S Westlake Drive after a report of a gunshot. A 58-year-old male was found with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was treated by first responders and taken to a local hospital, but ended up dying of his wounds.
