Riverdale Senior Center faces uncertain future as county weighs funding
RIVERDALE — City officials and senior citizens from around Weber County and beyond are raising concerns about the future of the Riverdale Senior Center, located at 4433 S. 900 West. Operations at the center, which was built using Redevelopment Agency funds in 2005, had been funded internally by the city until July when it received a disbursement of $59,000 from Weber Human Services.
