Utah Gov. Spencer Cox was sworn in Wednesday in what he says will be his final term as the state’s chief executive. And during the public inauguration ceremony Wednesday at the Eccles Theatre in downtown Salt Lake City — which featured remarks from a handful of state leaders and a performance  from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir — the governor laid out his vision for the next four years.
