Weber County Commission approves rezoning for West Weber development, Ice Sheet renovation
OGDEN — During its weekly meeting at the Weber Center on Tuesday, the Weber County Commission approved the rezoning of nearly 26 acres located in the area of 600 South 4700 West in unincorporated West Weber from A-1 agricultural to R1-15 residential. The rezoning by ordinance clears the way for the development of Harper Haven, a 74-lot subdivision by the Holland Group, featuring single-family homes and community amenities, including a 10-foot-wide multi-use trail, tree-lined sidewalks, dark-sky-compliant lighting and water-efficient landscaping.
