New Ogden police staffer discusses helping homeless citizens, dispelling public misconceptions

OGDEN — From being a self-described "juvenile delinquent," Chris Durrant has turned his efforts to helping one of the city's most vulnerable populations. In September, Durrant joined the Ogden City Police Department as the department's third homeless service advocate, joining Anna Davidson and Nancy Griggs.
