Ogden police announce arrest related to kidnapping, sexual assault cases from 1990s
OGDEN — The Ogden Police Department has announced a breakthrough on a pair of kidnappings and sexual assaults reported in the mid-1990s. On Thursday, the department sent out a press release announcing that an arrest has been made in connection with two area cold cases.
