MT. PLEASANT -- Boy Scouts officials say a 14-year-old boy from Cedar Hills who died at a camp in central Utah was run over by a trailer.
The Deseret News reports that Boy Scouts officials say the teenager was out picking up trash around the camp Tuesday night when he fell underneath the tires of a trailer being pulled by a truck and collecting the garbage.
The teen's name has not yet been released.
About 400-500 Boy Scouts are at the weeklong camp at Tifie Scout Camp at Mountain Dell Scout Ranch. The Boy Scouts' Utah National Parks Council Scout Executive David
Pack says the camp will continue despite the death.
Pack says the teen was a counselor-in-training.
