H. Kent Forbes died Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 5, at the Evergreen LDS Chapel, 2435 E. 1500 North, Layton. Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road, and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Interment will be in Kaysville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Perpetual Education Fund or Missionary Fund.
