Fire department collecting coats

CLINTON — The Clinton City Fire Department Annual Coat Drive runs through Dec. 15.

Clean coats and/or blankets may be dropped off between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the fire station at 2153 N. 1500 West.

Families in need of coats and/or blankets are encouraged to stop by the station and sort through donated items.

The fire department is also a proud sponsor of the “Toys for Tots” program. New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the station for children in need. The toys will be distributed locally by the U.S. Marine Corps.

Call 801-614-0840 for more information.
