OGDEN -- The Friends of the Weber/Morgan Children’s Justice Center will benefit from charitable donations made at this year’s Utah Families Foundation’s Golf Challenge.
Proceeds from the annual golf tournament, scheduled for Aug. 12-14 in Midway, will be earmarked for restoration of the arbors surrounding the almost 100-year-old Becker Mansion.
The 2408 Van Buren Avenue mansion houses the center.
The center is designed as a safe and friendly place for victims of child abuse to meet with agencies involved in the investigation of crimes against children, according to a news release from the center.
